Important Note: For paid shipping, the shipping costs are not included in your online order total. These costs are payable directly to the carrier upon delivery of your package.

Free shipping may be offered when a certain order threshold is reached (e.g., CA$500) or during specific promotional campaigns indicated on the website.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the city and surrounding areas. The price varies depending on the distance from our central warehouse.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

For areas with a charge, the price is calculated according to a flat rate based on your neighborhood. You will soon be able to view the estimate when placing your order.

4. Payment on Delivery (Shipping Costs)

In accordance with our terms and conditions, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in cash to the delivery driver upon delivery of the package.

5. Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 72 business hours. Any order placed before 10:00 AM is generally processed the same day.

6. Receipt and Verification

We recommend that you check the integrity of your package in the presence of the delivery person before paying the shipping costs.

7. Returns and Exchanges

In the event of a return, the initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and the new shipping costs for the exchange will also be the responsibility of the customer in accordance with our return policy.
